The rays are beautiful.
It seems you used shadow maps for the sun, right? This makes the shadows less interesting in the ground, in the foreground. The light spreads so much that there's almost no shadows left. I think ray traced would have been better.
The tree could use more polygons. It's quite notorious that some branches are very spiky and with sharp angles. You could have edited the tree in the plant editor and click on the "x2" once or twice to increase the polygons.
Since the sun seems like a natural focal point, I think you should have placed more to the right and up (either use the rule of thirds for that or the Fibonacci spiral focal point).
